SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan to Take Break from Comeback Promotions for “FML”

Must read

SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan will be taking a break from some of the group’s comeback promotions for their latest song “Follow My Lead” (FML) due to health concerns.

On April 30, Pledis Entertainment announced that Seungkwan will not be participating in certain promotional activities for their new song. The agency stated that Seungkwan has been experiencing symptoms of enteritis, an inflammation of the small intestine, and is currently receiving treatment.

The statement reads, “We have decided that Seungkwan will be focusing on his treatment and recovery so he will be sitting out of some of the comeback promotions for ‘Follow My Lead’. We ask for your understanding as the health and safety of our artists is our top priority.”

Despite Seungkwan’s absence, Pledis Entertainment assured fans that SEVENTEEN will continue their promotional activities for “Follow My Lead” with the remaining 12 members.

SEVENTEEN released their 3rd studio album, “Attacca”, on April 1, and have been actively promoting their latest title track “FML”. The group has already achieved great success with the album, with “Attacca” debuting at No. 1 on the Gaon Album Chart and the Billboard World Albums chart.

Fans of SEVENTEEN have shown their support for Seungkwan, wishing him a speedy recovery and emphasizing the importance of his health.

The agency has not yet revealed when Seungkwan will be able to return to full promotions with the group.
